About

Parlour Suns are a young Indie Pop Rock band formed in Plymouth, 2020, consisting of frontman & rhythm guitarist Robson Knott (22), bass player & back-up vocalist Greg Evans (22), lead guitarist Aiden Bond (23) and drummer Jordan Tidball (18).

In their first year as a band, they spent time writing songs to develop and find their sound. By February 2021, they had recorded 5 tracks at Momentum Studios with Josiah Manning as the producer, that were later mastered by Grant Berry of Fader Mastering.

By April 2021, the band released their first single 'Embers' which was received by the music community incredibly well, being played on many different radio stations such as AmazingRadio and Switch Radio Birmingham, earning some incredible reviews such as "probably one of the best debut singles I've heard in a long, long time", as seen in the gallery below. To this day, 'Embers' is still the bands most popular song earning over 1,000 streams per month on Spotify alone.

Parlour Suns sophomore single 'Figure It Out', released in June 2021, notably featured on AmazingRadio's "Amazing Afternoons", AmazingRadio US "Postcard From The UK" and many "Audition" shows by Charlie Ashcroft, as well as many other radio stations, again receiving outstanding reviews being dubbed by many as a band to "watch", as can be seen in the gallery below.

'What Else Can I Do Wrong?' was the bands third single, released in July 2021, receiving the most amount of radio broadcasts yet, including BBC Introducing South & West, Amazing Radio, Emerging Radio Bands Radio, Switch Radio Birmingham and many more. 'WECIDW?' continued the trend of incredible reviews with many focusing praise on the "consistency" of the quality of the bands songwriting, with one suggesting they "should have record labels sniffing around" soon, as can be seen in the gallery below.

'T-Shirt' was the bands penultimate single release for 2021 and the buzz around their music did not let up. 'T-Shirt', like the bands other songs, featured on many radio stations, most notably BBC Introducing South & West and over 100 plays & counting on AmazingRadio. The reviews were again outstanding, suggesting to "keep an eye on Parlour Suns - these guys are special" because “all we’ve got from Parlour Suns is banger after banger” as 'T-Shirt' "somehow tops each and every last one [single] like it’s easy.” Further review quotes can be seen in the gallery below.
